Return & Warranty Policy

Exchange & Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order delivery date. To be eligible, all items must be returned in their original packaging and show no signs of wear, tear, or damage.

Items that are not eligible for return/exchange include the following situations:

1.    Items purchased with a Gift Card or Voucher.

2.    Earrings that have been worn are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

3.    Clearance items that have been clearly labeled as not eligible for returns/exchange. Regular sale items are eligible for returns and exchanges.

New Kindness is not able to cover return shipping cost for the products that needs to be returned. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. 

 

Warranty

At New Kindness, we stand behind the craftsmanship of each piece we create. We offer a 6-month warranty covering issues related to the plating of our jewelry. If you encounter any problems, please reach out to us at customercare@newkindnessjewelry.com with your order number. 

To facilitate your warranty request, we may ask you to provide photos or videos of the item in question. Once our team confirms the issue, we will quickly send you a replacement piece or offer store credit if the original item is out of stock.

Please keep in mind that our 6-month warranty covers ONLY issues related to the plating of the jewelry. It does NOT extend to breakages, scratches, loss of the product, or damage to enamel and gemstones caused by normal wear and tear.
