At New Kindness, our pieces are made-to-order in our studio. Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. If time is of the essence, please contact us at customercare@newkindnessjewelry.com and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. 

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: Available to all orders shipped to Hong Kong.

International Orders: Free shipping for orders over USD130. Shipping charges for other orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Import Duties and Taxes

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country. New Kindness is not responsible for these charges.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within approximately: 

Hong Kong: 1-2 business day

Other Asian countries: 7-9 business days 

United States: 5-8 business days 

Canada: 8-15 business days

Australia and New Zealand: 6-12 business days

Europe: 8-16 business days 

The shipping times provided are estimates only. We strive to deliver orders within these timeframes.

Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. For international shipments, the tracking number provided is the local tracking number. Tracking updates will occur once it reaches your local post office.

Exchange & Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order delivery date. To be eligible, all items must be returned in their original packaging and show no signs of wear, tear, or damage.

Items that are not eligible for return/exchange include the following situations:

1.    Items purchased with a Gift Card or Voucher.

2.    Earrings that have been worn are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

3.    Clearance items that have been clearly labeled as not eligible for returns/exchange. Regular sale items are eligible for returns and exchanges.

New Kindness is not able to cover return shipping cost for the products that needs to be returned. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. 

Warranty

At New Kindness, we stand behind the craftsmanship of each piece we create. We offer a 6-month warranty covering issues related to the plating of our jewelry. If you encounter any problems, please reach out to us at customercare@newkindnessjewelry.com with your order number. 

To facilitate your warranty request, we may ask you to provide photos or videos of the item in question. Once our team confirms the issue, we will quickly send you a replacement piece or offer store credit if the original item is out of stock.

Please keep in mind that our 6-month warranty covers ONLY issues related to the plating of the jewelry. It does NOT extend to breakages, scratches, loss of the product, or damage to enamel and gemstones caused by normal wear and tear.

Don’t worry—this isn’t your typical long list of do’s and don’ts. At New Kindness, we believe in minimal care for maximum convenience. Here’s how to keep your pieces shining:

Polish Regularly

Give your pieces a little love with a soft cloth, especially those from our Silver Collection. A bit of care goes a long way!

Store Properly

When not in use, clean your jewelry and store it in its pouch or a sealed bag. Keep it in a cool, dry place.

Avoid Chemicals

Keep your jewelry away from corrosive products and perfumes. If they accidentally come into contact, simply wipe them down with a cloth.

Water-Friendly 

While our pieces can handle water, be sure to rinse them off afterward for optimal care.
